USDA Chief: Ethanol Does Not Equal High Food Prices

Agriculture Secretary Ed Schafer speaks with the media about his stance on corn based ethanol. Schafer explains that increased use of corn for ethanol is not responsible for the increase in food prices. Moreover, Schafer says that we were able to increase our export of corn and use for human consumption all without taking any product out of the market place.
